J’utilise surtout Google Agenda avec des rappels, parce que c’est simple et ça se synchronise vite. Pour les listes, j’aime bien Todoist quand je dois garder plusieurs choses en tête. Si tu veux quelque chose de très léger, même les notes du téléphone peuvent faire le travail.

I’m managing two projects in the South right now. The reality in Nov 2025 is that materials are about 30% higher than last year because we have to ship cement by boat to bypassing the gangs in Port-au-Prince.

Estimate: You are looking at roughly $65,000 USD for a solid concrete structure (gros oeuvre) before finishing. Don’t skimp on the rebar (fè), that’s where contractors try to cheat you.

I am currently building two houses in Cayes. The South is disconnected from the capital’s problems right now, but materials are expensive because we have to truck them in the long way to avoid Martissant.

Advice: Buy the land now. The prices in Cayes have doubled in 3 years because everyone from PaP is moving there. If you wait for ‘perfect stability’ you will never buy.
