I have a degree from Quisqueya University but I’m struggling to get it recognized here.

Has anyone successfully used WES or another service to validate their Haitian degree?

    What was the process?

For anyone in Canada, you need to use **WES (World Education Services)**. It took me about 4 months. You have to get your university in Haiti to send the transcript *directly* to WES in a sealed envelope. If you touch the envelope, WES will reject it. That is the hardest part—getting the administration in Haiti to actually mail it.

Correct. I advise paying a runner (someone you trust) in Port-au-Prince to physically go to the University office and stand there while they put it in the DHL envelope. If you just email the Dean, you will wait forever.
