Not in DC either (I’m up in Brockton MA), but Fabienne’s right, those programs get labeled weird like “business ops” or “clerical” so they’re hard to find. I’ve seen hospital systems and community colleges run admin tracks that are basically paid office training, sometimes through workforce boards. If you check DC DOES plus Apprenticeship.gov and also search “administrative assistant apprenticeship” you might catch the registered ones.
