For example, what apps do you use for staying in touch with older relatives, organizing school info, or keeping documents safe? For my family, WhatsApp is the main one because everybody already knows it and the voice notes help a lot. I also like Google Drive for keeping copies of important papers, but I had to show my mom how to find them. The hardest part is getting people comfortable with the basics, not the app itself.

I agree with WhatsApp, and I also think family calendar apps can help a lot for appointments and school events. For documents, I tell people to use a password manager or at least one secure folder instead of saving everything in texts. The main thing is picking tools that are simple enough so everyone in the household can actually use them.
