    I just passed my NCLEX! Praise God. Now I have two job offers. One at Jackson Memorial in Miami ($34/hr) and one at Mass General in Boston ($42/hr).

    I want to be in Miami for the weather and community, but the rent is crazy there now. Is the pay difference worth the cold in Boston?

    Come to Boston. Yes, it’s cold, but the Haitian community in Brockton and Mattapan is huge. $42/hr goes further here than $34 in Miami because our insurance is better. Plus, unions are stronger here. You can always visit Miami for Christmas.

    Don’t listen to him lol. You will freeze. Miami is home. Jackson is intense but you will learn faster there. Just live in North Miami or Miramar and commute.
