Has anyone seen the latest federal register notice regarding the TPS designation for Haiti? I’m hearing conflicting dates for the re-registration period. Want to make sure we get the correct info out to the community.
Hi Ricardo. I haven’t seen the official notice dropped yet for the ’26 cycle, but typically they announce it 60 days prior to expiration. I’d advise everyone to have their documents ready now. Don’t wait.
